Who is Sydney Banks?

Sydney Banks was a Scottish-born welder who, in the early 1970s, experienced a profound spiritual realisation that revealed the true nature of the human experience. He articulated this understanding as the "Three Principles": Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. Banks taught that these principles are the foundational elements of all psychological functioning, and that understanding them can lead to a natural and lasting transformation in well-being, mental health, and performance. His simple yet profound insights have since impacted countless lives globally, forming the basis of a growing field of understanding in psychology, coaching, and mental well-being.

My Approach

At 'a different conversation', my coaching is built on a deep understanding of the 3 Principles: Mind, Consciousness, and Thought. This isn't a set of techniques to learn, but a profound insight into how human experience is created from the inside-out. My role is to help you see these principles for yourself, leading to natural shifts in perspective, greater clarity, and effortless resilience.

My approach is informed by years of practical leadership and problem-solving. My 2015 certification as a Clarity Coach Trainer provides the core framework for guiding individuals and businesses towards breakthroughs in performance and well-being. This model emphasises the innate capacity for a clear mind, which is the foundation for innovation and high performance.
